The 2021 grant was supported by a $2 million donation from Grubhub’s “Donate the Change” program, where customers were asked at check out to round up their bill to support AAPI Restaurants throughout the month of May. 196 AAPI-owned restaurants received grants ranging from $8,000 - $10,000.
